Enquiries do not create a contract

Sending the contact form, emailing us, or booking a call does not create a contract for services. The workflow audit call and the written brief that follows are provided free of charge and without obligation on either side. Work of any kind — automation, integration, IT support, hosting or anything else — begins only when we have both agreed a written scope that sets out what will be delivered, the price, timescales, access required and each side's responsibilities. That written scope, and the service terms attached to it, take precedence over anything on this website.

Examples are illustrative

Screens, invoice numbers, file names, dates, client scenarios and figures shown on this site are illustrative. They show the kind of admin loops we typically work on and how a finished automation tends to behave. They are not a record of any particular client, and they are not a guarantee that your workflow will look, cost or perform the same way.

No warranty on site content

We take care to keep the site accurate and current, but we make no promise that it is complete, error-free or up to date, or that it will be available without interruption. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from reliance on the website's content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Unless stated otherwise, the text, graphics, logo, illustrations and code on this website belong to Arasaka AI or our licensors. You may view the site and print or save pages for your own reference. You may not copy, republish or use the content commercially without our written permission. Third-party product names (Microsoft 365, Outlook, Gmail, Excel, Xero, QuickBooks and others) are trademarks of their respective owners; we mention them to describe compatibility, not to imply endorsement.

Where the site links to other websites, those sites are outside our control. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices, and a link is not a recommendation.

You agree not to use the website or the contact form to send unlawful, abusive or deliberately misleading content, to send bulk or automated submissions, or to attempt to interfere with how the site runs. We may block submissions that appear automated.
